Use of the calculator

The Umrah cost calculator on this website provides indicative estimates based on current supplier rates. Final pricing is confirmed only after we issue a written quotation on WhatsApp and you accept it in writing. Rates can change without notice due to airline fare updates, hotel seasonality and currency movements.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when the required deposit or full payment is received and we issue a booking confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate passport, CNIC and travel information. Any discrepancy that leads to a visa rejection or airline denial is not our liability.

Documents and eligibility

Travelers must hold a valid Pakistani passport with at least six months' validity, meet Saudi Umrah eligibility rules, and follow all mahram and vaccination requirements in force at the time of travel.

Third-party services

Airlines, hotels, transport providers and Saudi authorities are independent third parties. We act as your agent to arrange these services and are not liable for their delays, cancellations or changes in policy. Our liability is limited to the fees we charge for our agency services.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, government orders, visa suspensions or public-health directives.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jhelum.

Updates

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always applies to new bookings.
